Katie is an experienced administrative coordinator and communications specialist, with over twenty years in customer service relations and office management, utilizing B2B social media marketing and e-newsletter engagement for digital distribution and print media for event planning or seminar/webinar events.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications & Journalism from Florida International University, and recently completed her Paralegal Studies Certification from Rasmussen University. She’s also a Florida Notary!

Katie enjoys reading and listening to true crime podcasts. Her hobbies include fiber arts like quilting, cross stitch and crochet; and enjoys playing video games with her husband and friends.
