Dr. Ginger Phillips, Founder of Arden Solutions, has retired after 25+ years leading nonprofit organizations and managing over 200 academic conferences. The agreement between Arden and Nonprofit Resources ensures a streamlined integration of Arden staff and clients to Nonprofit Resources.

This strategic merger was facilitated by the M&A and succession-planning firm Tullius Partners, who work extensively in the association space. The merger combines decades of experience, a shared commitment to client success, and a robust suite of full-management services to help associations thrive in an evolving landscape.
