Andrea is an experienced nonprofit and association management professional who’s spent more than two decades helping organizations grow, engage their members, and achieve their missions. She has led multiple professional associations as an Executive Director. Known for her collaborative approach and calm leadership style, Andrea thrives on building strong teams and creating processes that make organizations run smoothly. She is a Qualified Association Specialist and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Mid-Atlantic Society of Association Executives (MASAE).

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University. A native of South Jersey where she lives with her husband, daughter, and rescue basset hound Buck, Andrea enjoys the beach, travel, fishing, golf, all things PSU sports, and her beloved Eagles and Phillies.
