Rebecca received her BA of Leadership Communications from Buena Vista University and her MBA from the University of South Dakota. She has nearly 10 years of experience working with business associations managing programming, events, committees, and communications. She thrives on the behind-the-scene work of coordinating volunteers, digging into the details of event planning, and setting up processes to improve the operations of the organization.

Rebecca is passionate about getting involved and serving her community and has served on numerous local nonprofit boards over the years including Mitchell Area Safehouse, Mitchell Young Professionals Network, and Junior League of Sioux Falls.

Rebecca enjoys golfing, reading, and traveling. She lives her husband, Aaron, and cat, Cinda in Sioux Falls, SD. They enjoy battling each other in the New York Times games every morning and hope to visit every National Park together.
