2014 and 2015 were two big years for the High Performance Insulation Professionals (HPIP) as the Association rebranded from Blow-In-Blanket Contractors Association (BIBCA), who promoted Blown-in Insulation systems only, to HPIP, who promotes all (approved) high performance insulation systems.
2016 is proving to be yet another big year of change for the insulation association as it redirects its primary focus to training and works to build industry wide recognition for the high performance credential through regional workshops and online coursework. The CEUs assigned to the training will earn member companies the high performance credential, setting them apart from others.
This year, HPIP will host four regional training workshops between April and October, which will feature two days of classroom education; hands-on, jobsite training; product demonstrations; an evening out; and networking.
The new online training program will provide HPIP contractor members with 24/7 access to a wide variety of educational courses and webinars developed by HPIP and other industry leaders.
