Nonprofit Resources - Association Management Company (AMC)
Nonprofit Resources is thrilled to announce Brittany Quinn’s new title as Nonprofit Resources’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager.

Brittany is an excellent choice for this role, working with Nonprofit Resources out of Portland, OR when she was onboarded with the Healthcare Hospitality Network as an account manager since 2017. As her skills and experience in association management continued to grow, her passion and activism with DEI causes and movements did as well.

Nonprofit Resources developed an internal Diversity Task Group in 2020 to help navigate the best course of action in responding and acting on social justices initiatives and DEI issues, “We know that a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment is essential to achieving Nonprofit Resources mission of ‘helping nonprofits succeed,’ ” Brittany Quinn stated.” Working with my talented and invested colleagues on the Diversity Task Force has been one of the highlights of these past two years in addition to being a huge first step in NPR’s commitment to DEI.”

Other members of the Diversity Task Group are Emily Bremmon, Christine Do, and Emily Lynch. Since the formation of the group, they have worked on developing a public DEI resources page for any organization to utilize as well as for internal staff. “We are excited for the opportunity to continue to embrace DEI initiatives starting with the development of a robust toolkit that our staff and network can access to put words and good intentions into tangible actions.”

Brittany’s role in the diversity task force will be to connect the task force initiatives with the company’s overall goals and methods of growth, “We look forward to working closely with leadership to ensure that the goals of diversity, inclusion, and equity can be embraced throughout our company.”

Nonprofit Resources looks forward to seeing the impact Brittany and the rest of the Diversity Task Group will create in 2022 and beyond!
